BASEMENT BUILD IN GRADE II LISTED COUNTRY HOUSE

John Sheehan (Oxford) Ltd completed all groundworks to create a new basement to provide living accommodation at a 19th Century Grade II Listed building in the Home Counties.

Our groundwork projects, over a 25-year period, are vast including new build and retrofit projects for residential and commercial basements and Grade I listed buildings.

Projects have included works at fine country mansions including Tusmore House in Oxfordshire and the Ingliston House on the Wentworth Estate, Surrey.
