Our track record in delivering first class groundwork projects are vast and include new build and retrofit projects for residential and commercial basements and Grade I listed buildings. Projects have included works at fine country mansions including Tusmore House in Oxfordshire and the Ingliston House on the Wentworth Estate, Surrey. Plus, major educational institutes including the Said Business School Oxford and Queens College, Oxford University.

We have acted as Principal Contractor in engineering a variety of reinforced concrete structures associated with renewable energy projects. Projects have included installing a 3.5MW boiler within an existing building which required a reduced floor level along with ancillary concrete drying floors, and a 500kVa Archimedian hydro generation scheme on the Thames.
